Buckethead ha realizzato un nuovo album intitolato "The Dragons of Eden". Il CD vede la presenza accanto al chitarrista di Travis Dickerson alle tastiere (impegnato anche nella produzione) e del batterista Bryan "Brain" Mantia.

Slaughterhouse On The Prairie è il venticinquesimo album solista di Buckethead. Tra i brani presenta due pezzi dedicati a LeBron James (guardia di Cleveland) per il suo 24° compleanno. L'album include un altro brano che ha pertinenza con il mondo del basket: 'Iceman', dedicata a George Gervin (ex guardia coi San Antonio Spurs e con i Chicago Bulls).
